Cara is a Legendary Marksmen (Combat) hero in Whiteout Survival. A postal courier for the Oestermore Postal Service who soars on a steam-powered flying broom, Cara delivers letters and smiles while packing a devastatingly powerful cannon.

Cara works for the postal service of Oestermore, piloting a steam-powered flying broom to deliver letters and smiles to survivors across the region. A master baker and urban legend investigator in her spare time, she takes her deliveries — and her battles — very seriously. During a bandit occupation she stood her ground to protect a child, and later single-handedly shot down a pirate ship with her enhanced steam cannon.
