Teleport

A Teleport in Whiteout Survival is a consumable item that allows players to instantly relocate their city to a different position on the world map. Teleports are essential tools for strategic positioning, joining alliance clusters, and escaping dangerous areas.

Overview

Cities in Whiteout Survival are placed on a large world map. Unlike static buildings, your entire city can be relocated using Teleport items. This is useful for moving near your alliance, securing better resource tile access, or repositioning before major events.

Types of Teleports

Random Teleport

Moves your city to a completely random location within the current state (server). The destination is unpredictable — you may end up far from your alliance.

Coordinate Teleport

Allows you to choose a specific destination on the world map, as long as:

The target location is unoccupied
You meet any applicable requirements for that zone
The target coordinates are within valid map bounds

Coordinate Teleports are far more valuable than Random Teleports because of their precision.

Alliance Teleport

A special teleport item that moves your city to a location adjacent to a specified alliance territory or near an alliance member. These are typically earned from alliance events or purchased from stores.

Beginner's Teleport

New players receive a free Beginner's Teleport that can be used once within the first few days. It allows repositioning without spending premium teleport items.

When to Teleport

Joining Your Alliance Cluster

The most common reason to teleport is moving near your alliance. Being close to alliance members enables:

Faster reinforcement response times
Joint attacks on nearby targets
Alliance territory contiguous expansion

Event Positioning

Before events like State vs State, alliances often reposition to secure better strategic locations, such as near the state center or key resource deposits.

Escaping Danger

If your city is under sustained attack and you cannot defend, teleporting away can save your troops and resources from repeated raids.

Resource Access

Relocating near high-level resource tiles (Level 4–5) can dramatically improve your gathering efficiency.

Obtaining Teleports

Teleport items can be obtained from:

Events and milestone rewards
Alliance gifts and packages
In-game store purchases
Bear Hunt and other event reward shops

Tips

Use Coordinate Teleports near your alliance: Random teleports may drop you in a hostile or inconvenient location.
Check before teleporting during SvS: During State vs State, teleporting rules may change — some zones may be restricted.
Scout your destination: Before teleporting to a specific coordinate, scout the surrounding area to ensure it's safe and advantageous.
Save teleports for important moments: Teleport items are relatively rare — don't waste them on unnecessary moves.
Beginner Teleport is one-time: New players should plan carefully before using their free Beginner's Teleport.
