Alliance Fortress

The Alliance Fortress is a large structure on the world map that belongs to an Alliance and serves as the alliance's central base of operations. It provides significant bonuses to alliance members and is a key strategic objective in events like State vs State.

Overview

The Alliance Fortress is distinct from individual player cities — it is a shared structure that the entire alliance builds, upgrades, and defends collectively. Its location on the world map determines where the alliance can establish territory, and its level affects the bonuses available to all alliance members.

Functions

Alliance Home Base

The Alliance Fortress acts as the alliance's anchor point on the world map. Member cities benefit from being located near the Fortress due to:

Reduced reinforcement travel times
Access to alliance territory bonuses
Shared defensive position during events

Territory Center

Territory expands outward from the Alliance Fortress. Higher-level Fortresses can control larger territories, granting access to better resource tiles and event objectives.

Resource Generation

The Alliance Fortress may generate resources or special materials that benefit the alliance collectively. Alliance officers can distribute these materials to members through the Alliance Gift system.

Event Objective

During State vs State, Alliance Fortresses can be targets for attack or defense. Capturing enemy alliance fortresses earns significant points, while defending your own Fortress denies the enemy those points.

Building and Upgrading

Alliance members can contribute resources to upgrade the Alliance Fortress:

Higher levels increase the Fortress's defensive strength
Upgrades expand the territory control radius
New bonuses and features unlock at certain levels

Only alliance officers (R4) and the leader (R5) can initiate Fortress upgrades, but all members can contribute resources.

Fortress Garrison

Members can station troops in the Alliance Fortress for defense. These garrisoned troops fight alongside the Fortress when it is attacked, similar to how a city's Wall garrison works.

Tips

Stay near the Fortress: Teleport your city close to the Alliance Fortress to maximize benefits and minimize reinforcement time.
Contribute to upgrades: Even small resource contributions help — upgrading the Fortress benefits everyone.
Defend during events: During State vs State, actively garrison the Alliance Fortress to prevent enemies from capturing it easily.
Coordinate territory: Work with alliance leadership to expand territory in directions that benefit the most members.
