Gift Codes (also called redemption codes) are short codes released by the developers of Whiteout Survival that players redeem for free rewards such as Resources, Gems, speed-ups, keys and Hero Shards. Codes are issued for milestones, events, livestreams and collaborations, and most are time-limited.
Redeeming in-game
To redeem a code inside the game: tap your avatar in the top-left corner, open Settings (the cog icon), then tap Gift Code and enter the code. Rewards are delivered to your in-game mailbox.
Redeeming on the web
Codes can also be redeemed from the official Gift Code Center in a web browser — useful if the in-game option is unavailable. Log in with your Player ID, enter the gift code and the verification code shown, then confirm:

Where to find active codes
New codes are announced on the game's official social channels and during developer livestreams, and most are time-limited, so they are best redeemed promptly. Community sites also track which codes are currently active; the WOS Forge Gift Code tool keeps a live list of working codes and can automatically redeem every new code across up to 2,000 registered accounts, which is convenient for alliances and players who manage several accounts.
Finding your Player ID
Your Player ID is required for web redemption. Tap your avatar in the top-left corner of the game; the ID is the number shown under your name (tap it to copy). Enter it exactly — a single wrong character will cause redemption to fail.
Notes
- Most codes are time-limited — some tied to specific events expire quickly, so redeem them promptly.
- A code can normally be redeemed only once per account.
- Rewards vary by code and may include resources, Gems, speed-ups, keys, Hero Shards and event items.
