State vs State (SvS) is one of the most prestigious cross-server competitive events in Whiteout Survival. States (servers) compete against each other in a series of challenges to earn points and glory for their entire community.
Overview
State vs State pits the entire population of one state against another. The event spans several days and includes multiple phases, each contributing to the overall score. Strong alliances coordinate their efforts to maximize points for their state.
Event Phases
SvS is divided into distinct phases:
Preparation Phase
Before the competition begins, states are matched against opponents of similar strength. Players should:
- Build up troop counts and heal wounded soldiers
- Stock up on speedups and resources
- Coordinate with alliance leaders on strategy
Competition Phase
Active combat and objective-scoring takes place during this phase. Key activities include:
- Capturing and holding territory objectives
- Eliminating enemy troops in open-world combat
- Completing individual contribution missions
Settlement Phase
After active combat ends, final scores are tallied and rewards are distributed based on state ranking and individual contributions.

State Fortress
The State Fortress is the central objective of SvS. Capturing and holding it earns massive points for your state. The fortress can be attacked and recaptured multiple times throughout the event. Alliances must coordinate large marches to successfully siege the fortress.

Individual Contribution
