Lore

Earthbreaker — Produces Seeker Chests every 120 gathering minutes (up to 30 per day). Chests contain fire crystals, gems, enhancement components, and general speedups.
Affinity System
Affinity runs from level 1 to level 100. Level 1 already grants +1.58%, each further level adds about 0.075% and every tenth level 0.67% instead, so level 100 lands exactly on the figures above. Taking it all the way costs about 206,000 affinity. The curve is the same for every Expert — see Experts.
At maximum affinity (Level 100):

The Seeker's Chest
Unlocking Agnes gives a chance of a Seeker's Chest whenever a march gathers resources. The chest holds one reward out of eight, and the small ones carry the day: a 5-minute general speedup 30% of the time, then 10 Gems, 10 Enhancement XP Components and a single Fire Crystal at 20% each. The prizes worth having are rare — 4% for an hour of speedup, 3% for 100 Enhancement XP Components, 2% for 1,000 Gems and 1% for ten Fire Crystals.
