Bertha is a Legendary Lancer (Combat) hero in Whiteout Survival.
Lore
Bertha fights as a battlefield physician — a doctor as at home with a lance as with a syringe. Her abilities turn a surgeon's tools to war: she mends and strengthens her allies while numbing, dissecting and weakening her enemies.
