Lloyd is a Legendary Lancer (Combat) hero in Whiteout Survival.
Lore
Lloyd comes from Ostermore, the "City of Artisans," famed for its astounding mechanical craftsmanship. His family is known for its clockmaking expertise, and the grand clock tower, his father's masterpiece, is where he resides. As the only son of a master craftsman, he showed exceptional talent young, effortlessly mastering the tower's calibration and the repair of intricate pocket watches.
His father, often engrossed in his work, had little time to spend with him, so Lloyd crafted "friends": a cheerful bronze bird and a singing robotic frog, whose companionship gave him a joyful childhood. The town later welcomed two new residents, a giant robot named Mr. Tin and a red-haired girl named Edith. Lloyd befriended them both, grew close to Edith, and could not resist exploring Mr. Tin's internal structure.
Ostermore's peace ended when outsiders calling themselves Phaethon arrived seeking the last remaining part of a so-called "War Machine", the prototype for an army of robots. They seized the town and captured Edith and Mr. Tin. Wrenches and hammers could not compete with bullets, but a quiet rebellion took shape after dark: at the change of shifts the townspeople counterattacked with their machines, cuckoos blinding the enemy and propeller bombs wreaking havoc. Lloyd's father led the charge and Lloyd fought among them, reclaiming the town before dawn, sparing Mr. Tin from being dismantled and freeing Edith. A severe spinal injury left his father's movement restricted, yet both believe Lloyd will one day craft the exoskeleton that lets the legendary craftsman stand again.
