Natalia is a Legendary Infantry (Combat) hero in Whiteout Survival.
Lore
Natalia is a young prodigy who has studied ecology, geology and astronomy; Bahiti credits her with knowing the scientific and the common name of every species of flora and fauna. Her most extraordinary ability, though, is to speak with wild animals and befriend them. She is good company among survivors, if given to talking without pause about whatever happens to interest her.
She was barely more than a baby when she met the grizzly cub Kasia, separated from its family and unable to survive alone. Natalia and her father took the cub in and raised it into a powerful beast; after her father's death the two depended on each other through the long winter.
Her father Tyle was a planetary ecologist. Comparing soil samples over the years, he concluded that the global cooling might be slowing and could even reverse, and he began work on self-sustaining heat sources built on experimental fire crystals. Phaethon sponsored that research until Tyle understood his sponsor cared for personal gain rather than the common good. He passed his most crucial notes to Natalia before dying at Phaethon's hands, hoping she would finish his designs.
