The Suggestion Box is a building in Whiteout Survival that manages survivor feedback and town decisions, which affect the city's Public Opinion Rating (POR). It is divided into two tabs: Suggestions and SOS.
Suggestions
The Suggestions tab shows what the city's survivors are happy or unhappy about. Unaddressed unhappy suggestions lower survivor mood and the Public Opinion Rating, while resolving them keeps the rating high.
SOS
The SOS tab occasionally presents a decision to settle an issue in the town. The choice made raises or lowers the Public Opinion Rating depending on the outcome.
Fire Crystal Age
After a state enters the Fire Crystal Age, the Suggestion Box is replaced by the Wish Station.
