Cara is a Legendary Marksman (Combat) hero in Whiteout Survival.

Lore

Cara works for the postal service of Oestermore, piloting a steam-powered flying broom to deliver letters and smiles to survivors across the region. A master baker and urban legend investigator in her spare time, she takes her deliveries — and her battles — very seriously. During a bandit occupation she stood her ground to protect a child, and later single-handedly shot down a pirate ship with her enhanced steam cannon.

	Gloomy Mist	Cara fires a Steamy Whammy, releasing a mist-like gas that obscures the enemy's vision and reduces their accuracy by 7%/9%/11%/13%/15%. The gas burns the targets continuously, dealing Attack × 7%/9%/11%/13%/15% damage per 0.5s for 2s.
	Heartfelt Friendship	Each time an ally Hero is knocked down. Cara's rage and power are fueled, increasing her Attack by 3%/6%/9%/12%/15% until the end of the battle.
