Seo-yoon has always believed in the transformative power of music. Likewise, music and other higher forms of entertainment have always been a rare commodity in this new icy world. Growing up in a privileged household in a wealthy Tundra city, she received combat training from her father alongside her musical education. She became an inspirational leader after defending her settlement from raiders, using music to restore her people's morale and rally them to counter-attack.
