The Silver Shell Shop (also known as Craftsman Store, Silver Frostshop depending on the version) is a rare event appearing 2-4 times per year. Players earn Silver Shells and spend them in a limited shop for exclusive items including city skins and march skins.
Silver Shells carry over from one event to the next: they stay in the bag until they are spent in the shop. The events themselves are not scheduled, and appear at the developers' discretion.

Key Costs
- Harbor of Hope blueprint: 1,000 shells (~$55 to reach)
- Most efficient path to 1,000 shells: Frosty Wish ($5) + daily $1, $2 and $5 packs over 5 days = 950 shells, then top up with a $10 pack.
- Cheapest city skin: approximately $255.
Priority for F2P and Low Spenders
If you want to focus on progression rather than cosmetics, Free to Play and low spenders should use their shells to buy Fire Crystals to increase their troop average rather than cosmetic items.
