Frostfire Mine is a competitive solo PvP event in Whiteout Survival in which players battle inside a dedicated combat zone to gather Orichalcum, a rare metal used to craft Mythic and Elite gear. It requires a Furnace level of 16 or higher.
Format
Frostfire Mine runs every two weeks and lasts just 30 minutes. On the event day, players register and choose one of six time slots (one every four hours); a missed slot can be exchanged for the next one. Inside the zone there are no allies -- even alliance members become opponents. It is a safe PvP event: troops are not lost and players' cities cannot be attacked, as all battles take place on the event map.
Gameplay
Players capture mines and defeat Mine Patrols scattered across the map to earn Frostfire XP (Level 1 patrols give 75 XP, Level 2 give 150 XP), which unlocks Frostfire Skills. Gathering Orichalcum and climbing the leaderboard are the main objectives.
Rewards
Rewards are split between personal gathering milestones and global ranking. High ranks grant rare items used to upgrade Hero Gear, making the event an important source of Elite and Mythic equipment materials.
