Crystal Reactivation is a recurring solo event in Whiteout Survival, found in the game's Deals section, in which players accumulate Fire Crystal Embers and exchange them for chests of increasing rarity. Each event runs for two days, roughly every two weeks.
Earning Embers
Fire Crystal Embers are kept in the bag even after the event ends, so they carry over between cycles. Free sources give up to 10 Embers per cycle:
- Spending 10 Chief Stamina grants 1 Ember, up to 5 times per event.
- Gathering 5,000,000 resources grants 1 Ember, up to 5 times per event.
Embers can also be bought with Gems (500 Gems each, up to 15 times) or through paid packs.
Exchange
Embers are exchanged for chests: Common (4 Embers), Lucky (50), Uncommon (50), Rare (100), Epic (200) and Mythic (500). The available chest tiers depend on the server's Fire Crystal generation.
Rewards
A Fire Crystal Chest yields Fire Crystals on a weighted table — 5 crystals (55%), 10 (27%), 20 (10.5%), 50 (5.5%), 100 (1.5%) and 200 (0.5%). Common chests give Speedups and resources, while higher rarities give VIP points, larger resource amounts and further chests.
